Adda Slough originated from the very idea of gathering for an extended, relaxed and unlimited exchange of views in August 2012 by a close group of families. Later with the time as our reach extended, we started organizing cultural and sports events throughout the year, not only friends but for the community as well. The aim was to promote community integration and cohesion.

ADDA’s celebrated its 6th Durga Pujo between October 10th and 13th, 2024. ADDA’s Durga Puja stands out as the first event in the UK to have a Kolkata-like Pandal since 2019, making it a significant and unique celebration within the Bengali community in the UK.

ADDA Kali pujo has made its mark in the UK. marking its 9th year in 2024.  Every year the popularity of the pujo is growing in the bengali diaspora. It was a wonderful evening with the traditional pujo, anjali, cultural programme and topping it up with a brilliant fireworks display and sumptuos Bengali delicacies served by our catering partners.
